How do I raise a problem or complaint?

We hope that you’ll have a great time scouting at 2nd Renfrew Scout Group and that it’s a positive experience from day one.  However, we appreciate that despite our best efforts there may be issues or concerns.

In the first instance you should speak to one of your leaders so we can try to sort the problem out quickly and informally.

If you don’t feel able to discuss the issue with one of the section leaders, or you wish to raise a formal complaint, then please speak to our Group Lead Volunteer, Rachel Shaw, or our Group Chair, Donald McLeod.

Further information about the Scout Association’s complaints procedure can be found here.

I’ve got a suggestion to improve things – who should I tell?

We’re always keen to hear new ideas and we always welcome feedback that allows us to improve how we run the group for our members (young and old).  If you’ve got some feedback, an idea or a suggestion, then please speak to your child’s leader, or contact us.
